AcuraWatch is a suite of safety and driver assistance technologies. In 2014, it was present on select 2014 models. Now, the core components are standard on most 2019 and newer models.

The system works by using monitors, sensors, and radar to warn you of any impending collisions, if you are unable to take action yourself. There are radar sensors located behind the emblem and a front sensor camera mounted to the interior side of the windshield, behind the rear view camera.
The core functions that come standard are:
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow - This system monitors traffic in front of you as you travel with cruise control. If your vehicle is approaching another car too quickly, it will adjust the throttle and apply brakes as needed. You do not have to keep your foot on the break as it slows or stops.
Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) - The system will monitor for drifting and keep the vehicle centered by nudging the car with mild adjustments. It applies torque to the steering to keep it centered, which becomes stronger as it gets closer to the lane lines. The system is suspending when your turn signals are activated.
Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) - This will warn the driver if there is a possibility of their vehicle colliding with another vehicle or pedestrian in front of the vehicle. It can reduce your speed to help minimize the severity of a collision if it is inevitable. The Forward Collision Warning will alert you before applying this feature.
Road Departure Mitigation - Steering torque is provided to help the vehicle return to it's lane or apply breaks if it is in danger of leaving the road. Lane Departure Warning will flash beforehand.

Some of the higher packages will have additional features, but those listed above come standard. Blind Spot Detection and Surround-View Monitor are also helpful features that provided safety and driver assistance as well.
